Job Title: Custom Clearing Officer
Locations: Victoria Island & Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Practical and Hands on experience in the process of establishing Mform, Letters of credit, SON (Standard Organization Of Nigeria)
- Online Applications, shipping documents and other related import clearing operations
- Identifying items and containers of incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying them against consignment records
- Ensuring outgoing shipments are in good condition and meet specifications
- Arranging internal distribution of goods received organizing the dispatch of goods with completed documentation
- Maintaining prescribed records of goods received and dispatched
- Examining shipping documents and verifying cargo to be released
- Recording customs clearance requirements and authorizing collection of cargo
- Calculating storage and clearance charges and billing customers
- Receiving details of outgoing cargo, and arranging bookings of freight space and collection of goods from customers
- Providing information to customers on custom tariffs, tariff classifications and concessions, and methods of clearing goods
Qualifications
- HND / BSc in any relevant field
- 3-4 years relevant experience in a multi-national company.
- Communication and Computer skills (Excel and Words) are highly essential.
- Exposure to NAVISION software is an added advantage
- Age: Maximum 30 - 35years

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer
Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow the MRP to generate the forecast for suppliers required, and obtain confirmation from suppliers
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders IPO/Form M/LC on time as per the planned orders generated by the ERP
- Update Purchase Orders in regards to quantity, confirmation date, ship date, and delivery date.
- Request pending deliveries from suppliers and correct P.O. accordingly
- Escalation at the right time, conduct meetings with Suppliers, cross-functional teams to address the issues
- Solve all discrepancies on invoices due to prices and non-expected extra costs
- Coordinate all general mailing actions to be taken related to supplier issues
- Coordinate with Logistics for freight forwarding & customs clearance
- Update the supply matrix (lead time, delivery times, MOQ, minimum and maximum lots, etc.)
- Daily review of shortages & Overstocks
- To maintain the Inventory target set by the organization
- Knowledge of Advance license, SON & customs process
- Work cross-functionally with sales and branch managers to drive cost, delivery, quality, and supplier development.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for purchase order execution
- Manage problems and schedules changes
- Actively participate in supplier performance review.
Basic Qualifications
- HND / BSc and a minimum of 6 years experience in Sourcing and Supply chain)
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, Sourcing or Supply Chain Operations.
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong background in contract execution
- Experience in a Buyer role in trading or related industry
- Manufacturing or Shop Operations experience
- Ability to analyze data and perform pricing analysis

Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary
- Oversees accounting functions, including general ledger, cash receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, and bank reconciliation
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees accounting functions, including general ledger, cash receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, and bank reconciliation
- Ensure financial management and adequate financial controls.
- Maintains adequate records of all transactions and ensures that transactions are posted daily / weekly (i.e. local banking transactions, receipts, cheque payments, petty cash transactions, etc).
- Conducts monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepares the monthly Staff payroll and coordinates such matters with the Finance Manager.
- Responsible for the statutory deductions of PAYE Tax, Pension, Withholding Tax and VAT, and remittance to the relevant local authorities on a monthly basis.
- Prepares a schedule of monthly fee notes and clients’ payment status.
- Maintains records of staff travel advances and compilation of un-retired advances at the end of each month.
- Performs cash management functions. Ensures Client accounts are properly funded.
- Uses and is familiar with the company’s financial computer systems, manuals and procedures.
- Maintains and updates procedural manual as needed.
- Any other responsibility assigned by line manager.
Qualification & Other Attributes
- HND / BSC in Accounting, Chartered is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years core accounting in Manufacturing sector
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Reporting skills, deadline-oriented, time management.
- Reasoning ability, mathematical ability, and logical thinking skills.
- Problem solving and Effective time-management skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, Power point)
- MUST have knowledge of any accounting software usage such as Peachtree, Sage, SAP, Tally etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
