Job Title: Printing Supervisor - Crown Plant
Location: Ijebu-ode, Ogun
Job type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- Manages job schedules, confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments, oversee the work of employees in the department and monitor quality of products, ensuring deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Organize, assign and direct the operation of the printing function and oversee the maintenance of equipment; train employees in operation of print room equipment.
- Review incoming jobs, prepare production instructions, estimate production time, establish priority and schedule work for the various phases of production.
- Examine material submitted for printing and explain restrictions as necessary
- Ensure printing and coating processes and activities are carried out in accordance with laid out plans.
- Oversee and ensure that defective printed and coated sheets are not passed to the next stage of production.
- Reduction of downtime time experienced during manufacturing.
- Ascertain that printing Operators manage the machines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Report Machine malfunctions to the Technicians.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the Lithographic department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Printing Technology
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing organization
- Knowledge of Offset Lithographic printing
- Knowledge of metal Coating processes
- Good communication skills - oral and written.
Job Title: Power Service Specialist
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Job type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- To ensure constant repair and maintenance of power plant machines and equipment for effective production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of power plants (Aggreko and Diesel engines) to avoid unplanned shutdown
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of compressed air (both process and instrument air) to the factory at all times and daily/routine checks on equipment.
- Ensure smooth change-over of power during power outage and communicate effectively with electrical team to achieve this.
- Proper tagging of machine parameters and logbooks for record purposes.
- Ensure all equipment are operated and effectively maintained according to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) regulations, with the right Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) being used
- Ensure employees comply with relevant Quality Management System (QMS), food safety, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) & Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in Glass or related industry
- Knowledge of equipment handing, preventive maintenance and routine maintenance of Centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, Refrigerant Air Dryers
- Knowledge of cooling towers operation, Diesel, Gas generator and Gas turbine operation and maintenance
- Ability to handle natural gas and Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) equipment
- Ability to operate centrifugal water pumps

Job Title: Forming Specialist

- Coordinate production activities and ensure that good quality bottles are produce in line with quality plan.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that activities concerned with job change are carried out in line with production requirements.
- Maintain and monitor effective supervision of the Forming Department with reference to quality and cleanliness of work areas
- Identify and rate the department's activities and develop programs where necessary to help control those activities that could have adverse impact on the environment.

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Job Purpose
- Ensure constant repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machines (Cold End and Printing) for effective production.
Responsibilities
- Direct and co-ordinate daily routine checks of the Cold-End and Printing Machines.
- Supervise the lubrication of parts and rollers, bearings and gearboxes.
- Ensures that burners on decorating lehrs are working satisfactorily, and leakages are prevented.
- Ensures that Lehr's nets, Re-circulating Fans, Exhaust Fans and Eductor Fans are in good working conditions.
- Ensure smooth running of Cold-End bottle conveyor, inspect and undertakes necessary repairs on each line
- Ensures that the spare parts are adequately used.
- Co-ordinate the execution of Technicians' projects and rectification of faults.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor - Crown Plant

Job Purpose
- This role is responsible for ensuring that all quality assurance activities in the plant are in line with set procedures and all testing equipment are adequately maintained within prescribed parameters.
- The role also has responsibility for monitoring and controlling the quality assurance testing program for all raw and packaging materials, and process inspection for intermediate and finished products.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in quality activities as relates to production processes
- Ensure documentation and report of all quality analysis with review and update as applicable
- Direct audit activities commensurate to production schedules.
- Coordinate management system activities (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 and 45001) by development of required procedures, develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as at when due and prepare plant employees for internal and external audits
- Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities.
- Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents.
- Ensure cordial relationship with all government regulatory agencies (NESREA, SON, OGEPA, etc) and manage public and legislative issues that impact the company’s ability to do business

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose
- This role ensures the provision of constant and adequate supply of Electrical Power, Water, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Compressed air and Diesel to maintain all factory machines/equipment.
Responsibilities
- Design and carry out installation of control panels on machines and equipment.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance on all equipment and overhauling to prolong their span.
- Check and fill up equipment oil level and battery bank regularly and replaces wet Silica gel on Transformers.
- Check and instantly report any major problem discovered on the Heating System for quick solution.

Job Title: Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Supervisor

Job Purpose
- This position uses a computer devise to programme a Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machine (Mould, CNC Lathe Machine) to processes metal materials to meet specifications by following a coded programmed instruction without manual operation.
Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Lathe Machines
- Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code & M codes
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy and conformance.
- Safety: Maintain Machine & work area cleanness and Safety. Implement all requirements of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and any other relevant management systems.
