Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Ensure a Customer Centric gesture guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception Desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operation Manager.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND with 0-2 years work experience.
- Candidate must preferably reside within the following locations: Surulere, Yaba, Island.
Salary
NGN40,000 / month.
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- overseeing the selection and procurement of new stock in the show room.
- Overseeing the activities in the showroom both sales and customers satisfaction
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct inspections in the showroom.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee Stock keeping, budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- They facilitate maintenance, repair, or replacement of damaged goods/items in the showroom and warehouse.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Job Description
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory / markets potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Skills Required

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
