Composite Construction is a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).

Job Title: Construction Site Surveyor

Job Description

• The Site Surveyor is responsible for aiding in the accurate measurement and alignment of structures on construction sites.
• The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all structural components are aligned in accordance with design specifications.
• The Junior Site Surveyor will collaborate closely with the construction teams to uphold precision and adherence to project plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting site surveys to measure and mark the positioning of structural elements.
• Utilizing surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, and GPS equipment to ensure precise alignment.
• Collaborating with construction teams to communicate and rectify any alignment issues.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or potential issues to the Senior Surveyor or Project Manager.
• Collect, record, and analyze survey data to verify alignment and positioning.

Qualifications

• OND or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in surveying or a related field.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
