A Real Estate Firm is recruiting to fill the following vacant positions:
1.) Management Surveyor

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following Criteria:

  • An Estate Surveyor with minimum of 3 years experience in property management from a reputable estate firm.
  • Must be able to drive and have a good knowledge of Lagos property Market.
  • Must have strong communication skill and competent to manage clients.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of HND/BSC in estate Management from a reputable institution.
  • In-depth passion for property/ Facility Management job.
  • Must have proven track record of property/ Facility Management jobs from previous firms.
  • Strong Record keeping ability
  • Capable of generating new brief to increase company existing property management portfolio
  • Capable of managing high profile properties to generate optimum return,
  • Ability to report timely and effectively.

2.) Accounting Officer

Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must have a first degree in Accounting with knowledge of accounting principles and  practices, knowledge of finance principles and financial reporting,
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding finances and taxation, technical accounting skills,  previous experience of general accounting and proficiency in relevant accounting software.
  • The ideal to must be proficient in the following:
  • Prepare tax computations and returns
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Assist with payrol administration
  • Review end process expense reports
  • Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and should be capable of working  alone and as part of a team.
  • Prepare journal entries and general ledger operations
  • Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the finance manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts and draws up monthly financial reports
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested and assists with year and closings
  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable

5.) HR Manager

Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must have a first degree in human resource management or any social sciences course, be a member of CIPM and have a minimum of 3 years experience in an HR manager, a master’s degree is an added advantage (preferably a female).

3.) Maintenance Officer

Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must have successful completed a full electrical apprenticeship and attained an appropriate electrical engineering qualification i.e NABTAB. OND or Trade Test in Electrical installation works with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar electrical role in a facility management firm.
  • Candidate will be a qualified industrial electrician capable of working with machines and factor systems and have good mechanical engineering skills being able to help overhaul and in machinery.
  • Key duties will be to undertake maintenance, repairs and improvements of the electrical systems at the companies facilities
  • Maintain and service all machinery; including mechanical and electrical aspects and Small installation jobs from time to time.
  • Knowledge of reading electrical drawings with a good understanding of electrical control systems, PLC and electrical fault finding, working with 3 phase and generators, Checking and testing of electrical motors of all types, Knowledge of inverter drive of all types is an advantage.
  • Basic mechanical skills and understanding
  • Good understanding of health and safety policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and should be capable of working alone and as part of a team.

4.)
Agency Surveyor

Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:
  • An Estate Surveyor with minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in estate agency practice from a departmentalized estate firm (preferably female).
  • In-depth passion for property marketing (Sales and Letting)
  • Proven track record of real estate agency job and previously Involve in the sales of high profile properties.
  • Strong record keeping ability.
  • Capable of generating new briefs.
  • Ability to report timely an effectively.
  • Must have strong communication Skill.
  • Must be able to drive and have good knowledge of Lagos property Market.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of HND/ BSC in estate management
