Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We require the services of a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to Develop, implement and maintain a system of quality and reliability in our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability in services.
  • Coordinate and participate in calibration and testing processes.Participates in product testing.
  • Identify potential issues and profer solutions.
  • Reviews client and customer feedback.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for services end-end.
  • Support the development of a quality policy.
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to the team.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

  • B.Sc in any related field
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 6 years in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • ISO 9001 and/ or ISO 22000 certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and hotel management softwares.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
