Job Title: Project Site Clerk

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

• Procurement of site material and reporting to Head Office for the accounts related activities performed on site.
• Report accurate quantities of materials on site and in the head office.
• Daily monitoring of attendance on site.
• Assist in displaying products and materials in an easy-to-locate manner.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in running day –to- day task at site and in the Head Office.
• Manage inventory Control.
• Handles safely and delicately the items and products in store.
• Assist in managing inventory controls.
• Retirement of Imprest, lubricants, diesel and petrol.
• Monthly report on Materials on site

Requirements

• A minimum of Degree / HND in Accounts or related field.
• Must possess at least 3 years Cognate work experience.
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
• Ability to adhere to basic safety precautions.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
