Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Nigeria (All 8 Plants)
Employment Type: Full-time
Team: Supply Chain

About The Job

  • The Production Operator reports to the Shift Team Leader and is responsible for ensuring shift/line production plan execution by optimizing performance.
  • The Operator is also responsible for ensuring operational health and safety, production output and product quality While minimizing the impact on the environment.

Your New Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and Utilities.
  • Deploy technical skills to ensure equipment availability at all times and operate at OEM's Rated capacity.
  • Reads and interprets values on screens, monitors, and other relevant measuring instruments/devices.
  • Follow standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures - Operating With the usage and methodologies Of the proper tool.
  • Makes certain that shift reports for own area ofresponsibility are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements.
  • Deliver output associated with a production line for maximum effectiveness and effciency.
  • Execute machine start-up, continuous operation, shut down, and changeover followingthe standard operating procedure in a safe way to avoid risks Of damage or waste.
  • Ensure relevant standard process parameters by means of reference tables.

Education and Experience

  • HND / BSc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Agricultural Engineering, Physics / Industrial Physics
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience.

Are These Your Secret Ingredients?

  • Prior high-speed production machine maintenance, operating experience, especially on bottling machines
  • Sufficient understanding of bottling line machine/tool technology and operation.
  • Sufficient understanding of maintenance and process operations.
  • Ability to demonstrate basic technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
