Job Title: Production Officer

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The Production Officer will be responsible for the overall production of our noodles, from raw material to finished product packaging. This includes:

• Overseeing the entire production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.
• Effective utilization and management of the production team and workforce.
• Identifying and implementing production improvements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production problems.
• Ensuring that all production targets are met on time and within budget.
• Maintaining high quality standards for all products.
• Maintaining waste level not exceeding 0.2%.
• Driving strict compliance to cGMP, GHK and Safety in the production lines.

Qualifications

• B.Sc, B.Tech or HND in Food Science and Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a food production environment
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
