Job Title: Product Owner, Convergence

About Your New Job

  • In our journey towards Customer Centric Convergence (*C3) we will build a roadmap for convergence of our platforms Customer Portal, SIRVIS and CP Egypt B2B&D2C
  • You will play a key role in modelling the future and go beyond the current models.
  • This is a highly x-functional role that will require you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. It will focus on the analysis, mapping and modelling of a framework for the future C3 platform. In this role you will work closely with the Product Owners of the current platforms as well as the legal and finance teams to develop the needed structures and legal framework.
  • Also, you will lead the identification of value-added services to be piloted.

Your New Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document all platforms Customer Portal, SIRVIS and CP Egypt with all overlaps and differences in:
    • Business Model
    • Customer Proposition
    • Revenue Streams
    • Stakeholders
  • Build Proposition and Service Catalog for future C3 Platform
  • Identify value-added Services to run experiments and pilots in SIRVIS
  • Support in building common framework for platforms.
  • Assess and build needed organisational Setup for Execution
  • Develop collaboration model between DCom Services BV and CCH incl. legal framework
  • Propose a high-level roadmap for convergence phases
