General Responsibilities
- Writing and Uploading contents on the Website and Social Media Platforms.
- Provide professional office administration and management support to all office activities.
- Establish and manage communication with me, clients and staff.
- Assist to recruit, train and induct new staff for organization.
- Manage and monitor office functionaries such as personnel files, payroll, accounts payable.
- Monitor and prepare detailed monthly reports on staff attendance and performance.
- Monitor and perform employee performance appraisals, and take disciplinary actions when required.
- Administer and compile weekly and monthly performance data and statistical reports.
- Maintain all office equipment, files and records for effective functioning of office.
- Attend meetings and events.
- Answering calls and responding to emails.
- Coordinating and supporting my schedule
- Assisting with all projects.
- Managing all other employees, assign daily tasks and make sure all daily targets are met by each employee.
