Job Title: Paintball Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Ensure great customer service at all levels.
• Ensure adherence to terms of use and codes of conduct by customers and staff within the Paintball area.
• Supervise cleaning, storage, and requisition of materials, equipment, relevant to Paintballing.
• Ensuring prompt report of damages and defective equipment.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Ensuring that the Paintball environment is safe, secure and healthy.

Requirements / Skill

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
