Packaging Machine Operator at Greentech Industries Limited

Greentech Industry Limited is foremost indigenous value added technology driven manufacturer and processor of cassava tubers, corn and sweet potatoes into pharmaceutical and food grade industrial starch. Our current annual installed production line processing capacity is 200,000 metric tons of raw cassava root tubers with the plan to activate second production line of similar capacity using corn as feedstock. GTI products are processed to serve both the local and international pharmaceutical and food/beverage native starch markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Operate edible fast process & packaging Machinery
• Regular cleaning of equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Adhere to all company safety standards in the line of work
• Maintain production and activity logs as well as analyze trends
• Experience in changing of packaging sewing machine needles, thread and oil
• Work according to the machine specifications.
• Report faults and challenges on machine immediately when it happens.
• Working with the set parameters of the machine.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience in sewing of 50kg bags
• Experience in using a packaging sewing machine and maintaining it
