Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • He/She is to provide administrative, operational and management support through a wide array of initiatives in the field of real estate and marketing.
  • The ideal candidate must be a self starter, passionate about building and implenting operations and delivering unparalleled customer service.
  • To plan, direct and manage the performance of the company’s operations, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by Executive, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the agreed business strategy.
  • He/she is to ensure business growth through directing and managing business operations activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
  • Organize internal and external meetings.
  • Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects
  • Oversees the purchase and sale of real estate property.
  • Evaluate property values while considering demographics, market trends, and projected growth.
  • Manage current projects and various project needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
  • Self-starter, intelligent, eager to learn new things, grow professionally and personally.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must have a proven track record with management, high level/executive administration or relevant experiences, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and highly adaptable with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
