We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting, sending mail, answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
  • Run official errands for the management.
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, create filing systems, and dispose of files.
  • Create and maintain record keeping systems.
  • Taking and delivering messages.
  • Perform other major task as assigned etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND
  • Experience: 2-3 years.

Skills:

  • Perform multiple tasks, sometimes simultaneously.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
  • Be organized and able to keep things in order.
  • Strong problem solving skill.
  • Effective communication skill.
  • Strong knowledge of computer, printer and copier usage.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
