Job Title: Machine Operator [Mixing (OM 001), Bottle Arranging (OBA 001), Filling (OFM 001), Labelling (OLM 001) and Utility (OLM 001)]

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

  • The candidate must have at least a Trade Test I, OND qualification and should be able to operate and maintain one of the following machines:
    • Mixing (Code: OM 001)
    • Bottle Arranging (Code: OBA 001)
    • Filling (Code: OFM 001)
    • Labelling (Code: OLM 001)
    • Utility (Code: OUM 001) - Candidates should be conversant with boilers, air condition and water treatment). Candidates for the Utility machine should possess a Trade Test II with 2 years of experience in a similar industry (The requirements listed here are specifically for the Utility Machine Operator).
  • Age: Not more than 35 years.

 

 

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Nigeria
Department: Finance
Reporting Line: The role reports to the Head of Finance

Job Description

  • Liasoning with the customers to receive the customers orders
  • Confirmation of customers orders and Capturing of customers orders in the Dynamics ERP
  • Generation of customers orders report from the Dynamics ERP
  • Laisoning with the Warehouse to ensure the Customers Orders in the loading list are in line with the available Finished Goods in the Warehouse through the Daily Inventory Report and confirmation of the Finished Goods Inventory in the Dynamics ERP
  • Liasoning with the Transport Dept to ensure availability of Vehicles for distribution.
  • Generation of Loading List based on the Customers Orders.
  • Liasoning with the Warehouse to ensure the customers orders are forwarded to the Warehouse for Loading of the orders in the Truck. Confirmation of the Truck Number of the customers when Evans Industries Limited Truck is not in use for delivery.
  • Attending to customers complaints on their respective orders.
  • Raising and posting of Invoices based on the approved customers orders and the specific load loaded inside the truck and ready to be dispatched to the respective customers accounts.
  • Ensure the Invoices raised and posted are duly approved by the General Manager or any of the Directors.
  • Ensure all approved Invoices and Waybills are distributed to the Security for Documentation and the and Truck Driver and all operational procedures for release of the truck by the Security. Example: Snapping of the Customers Truck.
  • Liasoning with the Truck Drivers to receive the Proof of Delivery (POD) signed by the respective customers.
  • Proper filing of Customers Invoices/Proof of Delivery of the customers in the respective customers Files.
  • Sending of sub-distributors Invoices to the respective distributors in a weekly basis.
  • Any other job that can assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of a B.Sc (Second Class Lower) or HND (Lower Credit) from a recognized university or polytechnic.
  • Matured and experience or at least five years experience in the Customers Service role.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Good in crafting production planning and ensures material availability, efficient and effective running of the machines
  • Work closely with OA / QC Personnel to ensure quality of input materials and finished goods.
  • Implement quality standard of the Company in accordance with ISO 1900:2015, GMP, NAFDAC and SON.

Job Requirements
The candidate must have at least 8 years progressive experience at Management level and has the following abilities:

  • B.Sc in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or Biochemistry.
  • Technical Knowledge about personal Care and household product formulation.
  • Experience in Process and Human capital Management an advantage.
