Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be expected to provide leadership and coordinate the sales and marketing function of the company by developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy in line with the business strategy.
  • Support the business by identifying new markets, gathering intelligence on customers and competitors, maintaining a wide network of contacts (local and international) within the industry.
  • This should cover execution, planning, business development, marketing , account and relationship management
Desired Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years operational experience within a reputable and structured business environment preferably a multinational corporation in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Prior general administration of Rig industry experience is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, good communications skills, high level of business acumen and exceptional leadership and managerial skills

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

  • Lead the management of the entire supply chain activities covering materials(inventory and Yard), non PO indirect spend contracts, vendor management, logistics compliance for onshore and offshore facilities as well as the overall management training and development of supply chain Personnel
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution preferably commerce /degree in supply chain with a minimum of 8 years work experience in supply chain management position or operational management positions within a reputable and structured organization preferably Oil and Gas multinational, prior general administration and Rig industry experience is an added advantage

Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate for this role will primarily support the Corporate Finance team with the execution of engagements and transactions within the Corporate Finance function.
  • Taking a primary role in the planning, structuring and execution of any capital raising, or M&A activity the company is contemplating or actively engaged in.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Between 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, preferably in energy finance or related corporate and investment banking roles;
  • Must have a good understanding of -and enthusiasm for- the energy sector, including business strategy and operations, processes and key drivers of profitability and ROI, for modeling purposes.
  • A strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by ability to build, monitor, review and update complex and consolidating financial models and analyses and knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques, as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projections.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with a mastery in written communication and presentations;
