  • The Executive/Personal Assistant is to provide personalized administrative support to our chief executive in a well organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities
  • Manage confidential appointments, files, correspondence and calendar for the Executive
  • Record, transcribe and post the minutes of Executive and other meetings as needed and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate events.
  • Support projects and work closely with the Executive’s immediate team to ensure work runs smoothly.
  • Assist the Executive to run his day to day business via receiving visitors and calls on his/her behalf.
  • Prepare agenda for meeting in advance and ensure the Executive is ready for the meeting.
  • Manage the school’s social media accounts.
  • Process, prepare and edit documents which include correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings.
  • Manage the protocol service for the Executive’s business travel.
  • Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • The right candidate should possess good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • He/She should be detail oriented and able to work with tight deadline.
  • Ability to take initiative and work under pressure is also required.
  • The right candidate should also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.
      Job Title: Special Programmes Coordinator Location: Lagos Job Description Successful candidate who must be personable, amiable, a team player with good communication skills, will among others perform the following duties:
  • Initiate and develop opportunities in training programmes.
  • Manage feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Raise funds for the Institute.
  • Identify relevant professionals in the communication industry and in the academic community for the purpose of developing training programmes.
  • Initiate and develop income-generating programmes.
