• Preferred candidate who must be a graduate must demonstrate a previous experience in managing a major manufacturing company, especially a plastic company.
• He must be a good team player, a management person, at home with engineering and effective management of human and material resources, especially factory workers.
• He must be self motivated with prove strategies to triple sales within a short period of time.
• He must be focused and result orientated. He should be highly organized with an eye for details.
