Just Afang is a start-up online food vendor that specializes in the sales of local African delicacies. We are recruiting to fill the following positions below in Lagos State: Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Lagos Island, Lagos Direct Reports: Business Manager Job Level: (Staff Supervisor/Head of Department) Specialization: Administration & Office Support Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary

Supervises and coordinates all production and sales activities.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of products is uniform
Responsible for supervising activities of all staffs of lower level

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relation
Responsible for the profit & loss account of the company
Coordination with company staffs to run the company smoothly
Supervise the utilization of company resources to ensure uninterrupted operations and employee/work safety
Assist the business manager in the day to day sales operations and oversee the activity of staffs and provide decision support to the manager
Ensure efficient, cost-effective, safe and reliable operation of the company
Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
Resource planning for manpower, materials and all other resources
Oversee the evaluation, collating and reporting efficiency, fuel consumption, etc. of the company
Conduct performance review of subordinates
Prepare weekly report for the attention of the Business Manager
Perform other duties as assigned by superior officers

Qualifications

Must Be female between the ages of 20 – 30 years of age
Must be at least an OND certificate holder
Must have at least 0 -3 year experience
Must have intermediary internet and social media skills. Knowledge in website management is not necessary but an advantage
Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
Familiarity with company policies
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Good knowledge of MS Office

Job Title: Dispatch Rider Location: Lagos Island, Lagos Qualifications

Should have a riders permit and at least 1 -3 year experience

Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Lagos Island, Lagos Direct Reports: Business Manager Specialization: Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary

Drive strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives
Responsible for promotional and sales activities
Recommend development and implement in-store marketing strategies as appropriate

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The marketing manager is responsible for effectively promoting Just Afang product
Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners/customers
The marketing manager has a duty to innovate and create strategies to maximize profit.
It is the duty of the marketing manager to get involve in overseeing employees who are responsible for updating JUST AFANG website and social media sites
The marketing manager may host charitable fundraisers, restaurant anniversary celebrations and other special events to attract customers
Conduct regular research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness
Manage advertising and partnership development for Just Afang
Work with social media consultant to create publicity and Provide on-site event support where necessary.
Manage all digital marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum of an OND.
1-3 years experience.
