We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Engineering/Projects & Services Manager (Management Executive Cadre)
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
- With sound experience of about 15 years in Projects, Plant
Services & Engineering Management in a Standard Manufacturing
Organization
- Should be on a Management Executive Level reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Organization.
- Professional Membership in Engineering is essential.
- Electrical experience will be advantageous.
- Must have strong leadership, Management and Organizational
Skills are essentiai with a high level of determaration and enthusiasm
in driving Projects to ensure on-time-in-full deliveries to effectively
manage a Department.
- Must be Computer literate, hardworking and willing to work under pressure in addition to being a Team Leader.
- Must have a strong background/qualitication in Project
Management and should be able to dove a Project from inception to
handover using MS Projects.
- Must have experience in managing a drverse focus in Engineerrng, Plant Sconce’s, Electrical, Tool Care & Drawing OffIce.
Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Qualification in Lean/Six Sigma is required while Logistics/Supply Chain experience will be advantageous.
- Must have experience in facility layout design using AutoCAD
and have proven design & implementation examples in portfolio with
an understanding in World Class Manufacturing: CCI, MDW or 20 Keys
Programs.
- Must have working experience of running and implementing
continuous improvement Protects or Programs with provision of practical
examples as a reference.
- Must have strong Project Management Skills which are results
and deadline driven with assumed overall accountability for continuous
improvement Project Identification, prioritization & selection
while tracking Project results, monitoring Project progress and
reporting on progress toward Business Objectives.
- Must have excellent Communication, strong Leadership and
interpersonal Skills including excellent Presentation & Reporting
Skills.
- Must be energetic, Self-Motivated with good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- 7 years working experience in a Standard Manufacturing Organization.
- Must be Computer literate, hardworking and willing to work under pressure in addition to being a Team Leader.
- Must have Project Management experience to roll out and
implement Stakeholder Management, Practical Interaction with the Team
and Change Management.
- Must have Technical Knowledge and expertise around Material handling and Packaging design and interaction with a Design Resource
Job Title: Printers and Coating Operator
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A Metal Decoration trained Printer/Coating Operators (Coater)
with minimum qualification in West African School Certificate and/or
Diploma in Printing Technology.
- With experience in Metal Printing preferably on Double Colour Presses.
- Should be able to print and coat high quality jobs without
supervision on preferably Double Colour Metal Decorating Presses and
High Speed Confers.
- Must have multi skilled Lithographic experience.
- Must be quality conscious.
- 5 years working experience in a Metal Packaging Manufacturing Organization or related industry.
