We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Purpose

  • Responsible for collation, Analysis and interpretation of sales data from diverse sources to elevate business performance, sales and customer trends as well as market information.

The Job

  • Develop and update a comprehensive B2B Corporate/Trade customers database for the PEOPL.
  • Works closely with the Brand Manager to monitor and report on activated Consumer and Customer promotions on O&F products.
  • Works effectively with Customer Service Officer and Logistics teams on site to ensure prompt customer Order processing and Trucks availability to ensure prompt RDC stock replenishment.
  • In the event of price change for O&F, uploads the new Transfer Price on the e-Portal and follow up for prompt management approval.
  • Liaise with Customer Services to track customer complaints and follow to resolution.
  • Review sales performance data against customer/regional/seasonal demands to guide production and shipment plans.
  • Provide daily update on Open Order reports for products that are to be loaded from PEOPL.
  • Works with the Production team on Brands/SKUs to be produced to fulfil customers Order.

Qualifications

  • BSc / HND in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Business Analytics or any related field.

Experience:

  • 1 year experience in FMCG company.

The Person Must:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have problem solving skills and analytical skills.
  • Assist in reducing customers ignorance of the company's brand and products within the territory.
  • Possess excellent time management skill.
  • Be able to use CRM software.
  • Be accurate in sales analysis.
  • Ensure that all GMP and safety rules are followed 100% of the time.
