Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies for our diaper and sanitary product lines.
- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, revenue growth and promote the company’s products.
- This role involves market research, brand positioning, sales collaboration, advertising and requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior within the hygiene product sector.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) marketing and a strong understanding of the hygiene product industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Goonite’s diaper and sanitary product lines.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Drive brand positioning, product messaging, and differentiation to resonate with target audiences.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing channels, maintaining a unified brand identity.
- Oversee the development of creative materials, including advertisements, brochures, digital assets, and packaging.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for diapers and sanitary products, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources.
- Track spending, optimize marketing investments, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies for both diapers and sanitary products.
- Oversee social media campaigns to increase engagement, brand loyalty, and awareness on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics.
Partnerships & Collaboration:
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, influencers, and industry experts.
- Negotiate and collaborate on co-marketing efforts with distribution channels and third-party organizations.
Consumer Insights & Market Research:
- Conduct regular consumer surveys and focus groups to gather insights into product performance, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new product development.
- Use data-driven decision-making to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Conduct brand audits and market research to ensure Goonite products are perceived positively in the marketplace.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate demand, increase product visibility, and boost sales.
- Lead promotional initiatives, product launches, and seasonal marketing efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service) to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage creative thinking within the team.
- Work closely with senior leadership to communicate campaign results, strategic direction, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role within the consumer goods, hygiene, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Experience in the diaper and sanitary product category or related consumer health and wellness products is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage market data and consumer insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive with a passion for marketing and brand building.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, delivering measurable results.
