Musada Hotels and Luxury Suites is a 5 star Hotel offering premium hospitality services in the heart of Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Carry out minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, fixing major repairs etc.
• Fixing technical issues.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Proven experience being in a supervisor role.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Do gen upkeep by servicing gen, monitoring overhead tank etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ACs, Fridges).
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm).
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
• Report all facilities or maintenance issues.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
