Job Description
- The Role of the Desktop Support Analyst is to maintain and operate computer systems and/or network.
- The duties of an IT support analyst are wide-ranging and vary widely from one organization to another.
- The IT Support team is charged with installing, supporting and maintaining desktop computing systems; planning for and responding to service outages and other problems that may arise.
- To perform the job well, the role holder must demonstrate a blend of technical skills in desktop operating systems
- Technologies, system administration and use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Other duties may include: End user education and IT Project implementation.
Salary
N50,000 per month.
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Someone that will attend to customers & client calls. Someone that will be dealing with customers request by directing the customers to the right department to handle the customers issue.
- Someone that have administrative skill in keeping record of every customers complaint & give weekly report
- Someone who can multitask
- Patience & polite in dealing with customer matter
- You must be proficient in every job descriptions & Hygienic
Requirements
- HND, preferred but BSc will add more advantage;
- Good looking, careful in handling customers matters
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
- Familiar with use computer

Job Title: Marketing and Operations Officer
Location: Lagos

Role Summary
- The Marketing and Operations officer would work to generate new leads and businesses for the company.
- The role also includes pitching company’s services to new clients, maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts and managing client portfolios.
Experience & Qualification Required
- Minimum of Bachelor’s/HND Degree from an accredited institution.
- A Master’s degree in Business administration would be of added advantage.
- 1-5 Years working experience
