Job Title: Marketing & Communications Executive

Job Description
- We are looking for a Marketing & Corporate Communications Executive to manage our on- and offline communication with clients, promote our services on social networks and generally increase awareness and acceptability of our refreshed brand.
- Your job responsibilities will include updating our social media pages, responding to followers and tracking user engagement.
- Ultimately, you will act as our Brand’s voice to impress our customers, attract new clients and ensure we maintain a top-of-mind audience presence consistent with our marketing goals.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you should know how to:
- Identify and develop new prospects or new markets; find new channels to engage with our customer base or audiences and ways to improve on audience engagement.
- Organize clinical seminars & workshops in major hospitals in cities where our branches are sited, using such programs as CME-awarding trainings to attract partnerships between the Organization and the medical practitioner community at large.
- Coordinate the production or improvement of a wide range of marketing communication materials,
- Creatively design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Apply advertising techniques to boost sales, like promotions and competitions.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
- 3 - 5 years robust marketing communication/brand management experience; additional experience as a Digital Media specialist or, Social Media Copywriter or similar role will be a plus
- Experience in the use of databases, website analytic technology, web-based tools and website content management systems
- Solid knowledge of media editing software
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Able to work on cross-functional teams in both member and leadership roles
- Analytical skills, not only for presenting data but to also summarize findings and propose recommendations for future improvements
- Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise using creative web content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Able to use various graphic design tools effectively.
In addition, you should have:
- A deep understanding of visual communication and advertising principles
- Strong project management skills; able to manage end-to-end digital projects
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

Job Description
- As a Nurse in one of our facilities, you will be responsible for attending to customers/patient inquiries and assisting in the delivery of high quality care and support smooth operational flow by efficiently and professionally performing various front desk and clinical duties as needed.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers & patients promptly, warmly and professionally as they come into the Facility or Branch.
- Quickly and efficiently address patient queries by relaying needed information (wait times, payment processes, test information, pre-investigation instructions etc.) in a pleasant & professional manner.
- Keeping patient appointments on schedule
- Tracking and obtaining customers/patients’ results; may communicate, explain or provide additional information with regards to lab and imaging test results, either verbally or in writing as directed or required.

Requirements
- A Registered Nurse with a B.Sc in Nursing and 1-2 years’ post-graduate practical nursing experience

Job Brief
- As one of our Sales & Marketing Executives, you will work to meet set targets by increasing the visibility and awareness of the Company’s medical diagnostic products & services in order to maximize sales.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Positively promote the Company’s portfolio of services to various healthcare professionals, targeted establishments and groups, using your consultative selling skills and amazing problem-solving powers to ethically persuade clients to use our services
- Building business relationships to grow existing accounts and secure new businesses, achieving your revenue targets per the Company’s annual plan
- Maintaining frequent contact with clients through visits and presentations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and solutions for customers’ issues and needs
- Managing relationships with relevant external stakeholders including relevant professional Associations, regulatory bodies, government agencies, etc. to ensure the best outcomes for the Company
- Managing your Account Database
- In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can grasp customer needs quickly and cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Medical Laboratory or Biological Sciences
- 1-3 years post-graduation experience as a medical services or medical laboratory diagnostic sales executive or representative in a defined territory
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship building skills
- An MBA would be an added advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Able to work on cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills, not only for presenting data but also to summarize findings and propose recommendations to improve future sales performance
- Computer literate – Able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) effectively
