We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Title: Repossession Hire (Contract) Location: Oyo Responsibilities

  • Ability to repossess sold products from defaulting customers
  • Begin process of initiating repossession of Products
  • Must be computer literate and able to communicate via email and our recovery data base
  • Provide updates on products recovered within 24 hours of receiving product; follow with updates every 72 hours until the case has been resolved
  • Take pictures of product when repossessed
  • Complete condition reports as needed
  • Record and turn in accurate time sheets in a timely matter
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements
  • SSCE or equivalent preferred
  • Previous repossession experience helpful
  • Great communication skills.
  • Big, strong, hardworking and not easily intimidated individuals
  • Commitment to achieving performance goals.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Healthy and Strong
  • Proven Medically fit
  • Great at time management, multitasking and prioritizations skills.
    Job Title: Legal Officer Location: Oyo Job Description
  • Undertake legal research and provide advisory to relevant department
  • Provide legal support to the company and its departments via analysis of legal risks and possible impact on potential transactions
  • Provide broad based litigation management support
  • Maintain litigation property, other records and prepare periodic work reports and updates
  • Attend court sessions and liaise with external counsel with respect to litigation, arbitration, tax appeals and any other dispute resolution proceedings
  • Provide the company with legal guidance in transactions with third parties
  • Participate in negotiations with company’s vendors and relevant government agencies
  • Prepare and draft agreements/ contracts, leases and follow through their implementation
  • Record and turn in accurate time sheets in a timely matter
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of LL.B or B.L qualification
  • 2-3 years post call experience
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures, with emphasis on finance matters, labor related matters, interpretation of Nigerian legislation and contractual obligations
  • Prior experience in providing a company with legal guidance in transactions with third parties
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
  • Good organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Arbitration and mediation skills
  • Excellent communication , presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Location: This role will be based in Ibadan and is strictly for Ibadan residents
