Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Description
- Procure spare parts sufficiently and efficiently.
- Receive and process parts from our suppliers, check merchandise received against purchase invoice.
- Supply spare parts and accessories to our customers promptly.
- Take order for parts and accessory.
- Set the prices of parts accurately and appropriately.
- Participate in PSI – Purchase, Sales and Inventory.
- Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame.
- Forecast all inventory needs and sales estimates.
- Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system and ensure regular parts turnover.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to parts department operations
- Passion for Inventory Management and all aspects of inventory operations.
- B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering similar Engineering background.
- Knowledge and experience of Yamaha motorcycles and outboard engines is desirable.
- Must be a highly creative, imaginative, motivated merchandising and sales oriented person.
- Update inventory control system and parts catalogue.
- Warehouse control:
- Conducts annual physical inventory and facilitates perpetual inventory process of all parts and accessories.
- Involved in the development of the annual parts department budget.

Job Title: OBM Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Essential Duties
- Assist the Department Head in developing sales strategy.
- Identify and develop contacts with direct users in various segments such as government, leisure, transportation and fishing.
- Establish good relationship and communicate daily with existing dealers’ in various segments such as government, leisure, transportation and fishing.
- Develop new markets for OBM.
- Monitor sales progress on dealers, and provide weekly reports.
- Monitor sales progress on retail, and provide weekly reports.
- Responsible for the daily sales of CompanyMarine products.
- Receiving payment upon delivery.
- Assisting dealers in driving their retail sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum (3) three years’ experience in Marine Industry and sales of four stroke outboard engine.
- A degree in Marketing or any related course is essential.
- Must possess strong selling skills.

Job Title: Field Advisor

Location: Offshore, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- As an operations subject matter expert, advise and assist the OML-123 Field Superintendent in his role on best practices
- Report timely and accurately regarding all operational issues
- Work closely with him, report timely and accurately
- Work with field and office based team to successfully implement production enhancement projects and initiatives
- Advise on the application of new techniques, technology and equipment
- Possess personal and work skills on the job to the able to perform the role of Field Superintendent when required
- Execute activities with a contractor work force to produce export specification crude in line with the company forecasts.
- Make sure company procedures and reporting format is followed explicitly
- Review operational activities and field data with a view to ensure communication and implementation of recommended actions
- Visit field for on the job assessment, inspection and interactions
- Ensure operations meeting with the field stakeholders to discuss improvement plans
- Recover data from the various production sources and analyse it for trends and fluctuations
- Make recommendations to supervisor based on the analysis
- Maintain intimate knowledge of all producing assets by frequent visits to all FPSO facilities and Platforms including TPU.
Qualifications
- A Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline is essential.
- OIM Certification Desirable
Experience:
- Not less than 15 years' field work experience in oil and gas related operations, Relevant training in surface and subsurface Production Operations, including water injection, gas lift, gas export and reinjection Reservoir Engineering, Oilfield Chemical treatment, well stimulation and Optimisation, Well Services, Project Management and Managing Major Emergencies
- Ideally, some process, compressor or terminal experience with good knowledge of surface process and maintenance operation, well completion and well operation, Crude export operation, Tanker mooring and /or terminal experience.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with oil and production enhancement software applications.
