Job Description

• Must be computer literate
• At lease 2 years experience in similar positions in preferably an hotel
• Be able to greet, register and assign rooms to guests
• Must have good phone and listening skills
• Must be able to handle payments through cash, checks and electronic media
• Be the first point of call for all customers and clients
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
