We are recruiting to fill the positions below:     Job  Title: Project Technician 1  Location: Nigeria Job Type: Contracts Category: Others Job Nature: Rotation (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) Main Functions

  • Support functions by administering, supporting, upgrading, and stewarding various tools such as: SharePoint, eLibrary, Client Project Management System, Organization Charts, various reports and shared filing structures. Assist Functional Supervisors and the group with various technical support tasks, as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as point of contact for SharePoint upgrades, support, and maintenance
  • Monitor eLibrary access and metadata to facilitate easy storage and retrieval of deliverables
  • Administer and maintain system, track, provide access and support for users
  • Serve as point of contact for Planning and Budgeting (Planning & Budgeting (P&B) ) activities interfacing with Leadership Team, Controllers, etc.
  • Coordinate efforts for collecting, compiling, analyzing, and facilitating the P&B process
  • Prepare and facilitate quarterly review of General Interest budget and work activities
  • Provide support for additional analysis requests as needed
  • Coordinate payroll exception processing in SHARP
  • Assist with job number administration; distribute monthly status with recommendation for actions
  • Maintain Organization Charts
  • Coordinate, collect, consolidate and distribute various weekly and monthly reports
  • Responsible for invoice processing: tracking and verifying invoices for approval
  • Serve as an ergonomic contact to assist with resolving ergonomic issues
  • Other tasks as directed by the Functional Supervisors or Managers
Job Requirements
  • 3 – 5 years’ prior oil and gas industry experience preferred
  • Analytical and computing skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and respond quickly to urgent analysis requests

  • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance
Responsibilities
  • Verify and issue electrical work permit to contractors for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance
  • Supervise contractors to work safely. Immediately intervene on unsafe acts
  • Closely monitor contractors’ quality to follow Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP) and prevent rework
  • Participate for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review with contractors
  • Start work as scheduled. Resolve issue and immediately notify First Line Supervisor (FLS) if issues remain unresolved
  • Provide daily progress update to FLS and planner
  • Get FLS’s approval prior to proceeding any changes
  • Verify and accept job done by contractors
Job Requirements
  • Years of closely related field experience
  • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
  • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
  • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs

Job  Title: Community Relations Officer/Specialist I Location: Akwa Ibom Job Type: Contracts Category: Other Job Nature: 5 days on/5 days off Main Functions
  • Responsible for ensuring that the company and its contractors provide the individuals, groups, communities and local government authorities with timely, consistent and accurate information regarding the company's project/ operations and conduct direct consultation with the local communities as a basis to identify concerns.
  • Conduct public awareness campaign/general information sessions.
  • Ensure community development investments are aligned with company’s strategy and approach.
  • Provide guidance on potential strategic mitigation measures for impacts on communities.
  • Prepare reports regarding community relations.
  • Position will receive direction and support.
Job Requirements
  • University Degree in Social Sciences, Socioeconomics or Public Relations backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness, communications, writing, and editing skills.
