We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Process Artisan-Energy & Fluids Reference Number: PE001 Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Work Level: Mid-Level Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities Amongst other duties, the Process Artisan-Energy & Fluids will:

  • Maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices in Utilities department
  • Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation/Systems
  • Continuously improve (optimize) plant, process equipment and systems
  • Operate plant and process equipment
  • Calibrate equipment according to good maintenance practice
  • Apply the VPO principles and practices
  • Contribute to self and team development and communicate effectively in the Work place
  • Maintain a safe, healthy and risk free working environment
Qualifications and Experience The occupant of this position should possess:
  • Minimum of HND/B.Eng in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and/or additional Technical qualifications.
  • Min of 2 - 3 years’ experience as an Electrical/Mechanical Artisan or Technician, preferably in a Utilities or process environment.

Salary Market Related.     Job Title: Team Leader-Brewing Reference Number: TL002 Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Duties and responsibilities Amongst other duties, the Team Leader-Brewing will:
  • Maintain Safe, Healthy and Risk Free Working Environment on Shift
  • Apply Fundamental/Situational Knowledge of Brewing Plant, Equipment and Processes
  • Manage Shift Performance and Lead Application of The VPO Principles and Practices
  • Optimize production performance and processes
  • Optimize team performance
  • Perform Administration
  • Manage Costs, Usages and Waste on Shift
  • Facilitate team problem solving and decision making
  • Manage Human Resources on Shift.
Qualifications and Experience The occupant of this position should possess:
  • Minimum - B.Sc. /HND in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Process Artisan/Operator in Brewing plant
  • Experience at line management and IBD Diploma will be added advantage
