Job Title: Slickline Supervisor

Requirements
- Minimum required years of experience 10 to 15 years’ experience as slickline operator / supervisor.
- Must have attended slickline school in Aberdeen or any other reputable slickline instruction school
- Check every tool that Contractors want to send out to the field and also help with premob inspection of slickline equipment.
- Required years of upstream and/or service company experience. Hands-on experience is primary objective.

Job Title: Tendering Engineer 1

Description
- Review, summarize ITT document for Team understanding and draw up issue(s) for clarifications and report to the Head, Commercial & Business Development.
- Draw up first level work execution plan and the associated first level cost estimate and present to the Head, Commercial & Business Development for review.
- Review all technical input from project department and other imported document for correctness and accuracy of purpose.
- Take part in quality checks of completed bids in consonance to the bid requirement/check lists and ensure bid compliance to draft condition of contract in the ITT.
- Participate in site visits/pre-bid meetings if required; identify all risks related to the project for Tendering during site visits and advise the Head, Commercial & Business Development.
- Participate in producing schematics and graphic designs for the departmental presentations, bids and other required write-ups in the Business Development Department.
- Assist in bid packaging exercises to ensure that bids are submitted in due date and on time.
- Assist in collating information for data update of Business Development Department and report to same to the Head, Commercial & Business Development.
Qualifications
- B. Eng. degree or B. Sc. Quantity Surveyor
- 5+ experiences in Projects or field Engineering (Construction)
- Good analytical skill
- Ability to carry-out project selection
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skill
- Good communication and document management.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft programmes.

Job Title: Cost Engineer

Description
- Review and draw up the list of challenges for the basis of estimate development.
- Draw up basis of estimate and develop frame work for the cost estimate to be used in the project.
- List out materials and equipment in the order it will be forwarded to the OEM and vendors for quotes.

Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Coordinator

Description
- Coordinates the activities of personnel who perform the operations and maintenance duties at the various locations in accordance with contract stipulations in order to obtain the required performance and accuracy
- Maintains function and reliability of equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance programme, operating and testing system.

- Ensures that all corrective and preventive maintenance carried out in the metering station is as per approved procedure and standards
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Job Title: Nigerian Content Development Coordinator

Job Description
- Provide strategic direction and support to build relationships with NCD Monitoring Board.
- Develop and drive strategy for achievement of key performance indicators in the Guidelines for Nigerian Content Development
- Provide day-to-day support in collation and interpretation of local data related to the Industry that would be required to implement any strategies and plans as deemed fit.
- Stay abreast and updated on trends within the industry focused on the development of local capacity.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to prepare and monitor the company’s Nigerian Content Plans in compliance with local laws for all the proposals submitted.
- Liaise with the all the involved functions, in particular Legal, HR and Finance in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Act.
- Assist the Business Development Unit in maintaining competitive advantage in adding value to the Nigerian content policy.
- Lead and manage interface and relationship building with key contacts at customer NCD departments, NCDMB, DPR (NCD), governments, and host communities.
- Lead efforts towards participation in NCD forums, seminars, exhibitions and summits as may be directed by customers, NCDMB and other regulatory bodies. Report action items from such events and drive compliance as appropriate.
- Lead initiatives that will promptly lead to the proliferation of skills and competencies among Nigerians of all ages, both in general.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
- Membership to relevant professional bodies
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar capacity for similar organisations., demonstrating a track record of acquiring new business and achieving targets.
