We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Distribution Supervisor Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Job Type: Full-time Job Description

  • Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements
  • Supervise warehouse operations which include routine stocking of the warehouse and movement of goods from the warehouse
  • Keep stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
  • Ensure proper documentation, arranging of SKUs on designated racks for optimal rack utilization
  • Ensure prompt posting of products received and also ensure adequate update of records
  • Coordinate activities of warehouse personnel involved in sorting (handling of Pick Slips), tracking, loading and unloading, as well asforklift operators
  • Coordinate drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys to ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Monitor and administer stock control
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Administration, Transport or Business Management, with minimum of 5 years
  • Make decisions and exercise sound judgment.
  • Team player and fast worker
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and at the same time deliver time results and reports

  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the operations of the fleet unit.
  • Create and implement policies and standard operating procedures in key operational areas to maximize output.
  • Develop & Optimize overall fleet processes, policies and automated platform and in the areas of transparency in information flow and processes.

  • Organize, Plan and control of Warehouse overall functions, Manage and apply all warehouse SOP’s, Manage warehouse Staff, increase productivity and efficiency of the warehouse, manage warehouse space efficiently, send report to HOD on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Prime Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, policies and procedures.
  • Strategically Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

Qualifications The Person:

  • The Digital, Communications & Marketing Executive has overall responsibility of the communications towards the external world, with a main focus on online/digital.
  • The role is an extension of the Marketing Manager role but with a focus on communications & online.
  • The person is expected to help develop overall brand strategies alongside the Marketing Manager, develop the digital strategy and adapt & amplify them online.
  • They plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for their respective brands digital media/marketing channels.
  • The person is the main point of contact and brand voice online for customers and followers.
  • The person is expected to develop, grow and maintain positive relationships with main on and offline stakeholders such as influencers.
