Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Provide direct secretarial support to the General Manager as needed. Act as first point of contact and executes all matter that do not require the attention of the GM.
  • Participate in investigation, documentation and resolution of instances of misconduct. Ditto employees reward initiatives.
  • Maintain a filing and retrieval system for inter-related confidential files and records which include disciplinary actions and dismissals, grievance arbitration, medical test results, etc.
  • Assist in facilitating HR processes of recruitment, hiring and maintaining quality employees.
  • Facilitate the administration of Human resources orientation, compensation and benefits.
  • Assist the GM to maintain satisfactory labor-management relations, give guidance, interpret the employees contract requirement and address concerns where required.
  • Facilitates the processing of employees monthly timesheets for payroll.
  • Collects and analyze HR data including workforce analysis and reporting trends to the GM.
Requirements
  • Minimum of first degree in Science or Humanities (B.Sc. or BA)
  • At Least 5 years cognate experience.
  • Physical fitness is of utmost importance

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Organizes transportation of purchased goods and process dispatch.
  • Monitor the movement and the use of purchased/ inventory goods and material.
  • Track shipment to ensure they arrive on time and that the shipment and delivery processes adhere to any pertinent regulations.
  • Freight consolidation, cost analysis, routing and scheduling
  • Prepare for receipt of international shipments, and liaises with competent authorities for port clearances, import permit, pilotage, etc.
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
  • Assist the warehouse supervisor by ensuring internal customers receive delivery on time and records are updated.
  • Ensures that delivery matches purchase order and escalate when necessary
Requirements
  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime or logistics related field with Second class upper
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Understanding warehouse and inventory
  • Creating shipping/delivery routes and schedules
  • Experience in a combination of transport /shipping /insurance /freight /forwarding /procurement
