Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an accountant to manage our financial transactions in our company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Must have 3 - 5 years cognate experience in Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software, regulation and procedures, including the General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
  • BSC in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.

 

 

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Locations: Oshodi and Akowonjo, Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a friendly and easy-going Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical functions at the desk of our main entrance, who will act as the face of the company for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
  • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
  • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
  • Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Fine art, Architecture or related field.
  • Proven graphics experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics which includes Animations
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

Job Title: Driver

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a Personal driver who will transport the MD in a comfortable, safe and timely manner, with a spy police experience.

Responsibilities

  • Must be ready to drive the MD as required.
  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
  • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable at all time.
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
  • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience driving automatic and manual gear vehicle.
  • Must have undergone training as a spy driver.
  • Must have a valid LASDRI and Driver's License.
  • Must possess clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to drive and travel long distances.

  • You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our clients company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
