We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: ERP Administrator
Location: Lagos
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Master Data in the ERP System.
- Ensures effective and reliable performance of ERP systems,
troubleshoots all technical ERP system problems including application,
database and server problem in a timely manner to avoid any downtime
problems.
- Carry out compliance audit/investigative control in all ERP
modules and advise management appropriately on the end user’s
requirements.
- Carry out ERP systems and applications test to meet our dynamic business needs.
- Administer ERP systems security measures to protect data,
software and hardware and carry out security check on all applications
and systems, including the implementation of backup and recovery
processes.
- Maintain all ICT infrastructures, Identify and priorities IT needs of the company
- Ensure proper classifications and storage of company’s information/data for ease of access and retrieval.
- Provide first point I.T support for all staff and resolve all technical and network issues.
- Carry out regular update of the company’s information on the website.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Develop and deliver training on ERP to new staff and refresher courses for the existing staff.
- Provides programming/scripting assistance to support ERP system automation; debugs and tunes/optimizes SQL statements.
Academic/ Professional Qualifications
- Certification in ERP system administration or general system administration.
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Information Technology or Social Science related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a consultant or administrator in a structured manufacturing company.
- Technical Skills and Personal Qualities
- Excellent professional experience in developing and
administrating enterprise application software, data mining and
reporting technologies.
- Excellent customer interface skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end users.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- A team player and one who is open to feedback and on-going self-development.
- Sound ERP system knowledge and database management system.
- Good understanding of ICT equipment maintenance.
- Strong analytical and system configuration or design skills.
