Job Purpose
- The job in a nutshell - As a Data Visualization Analyst working for Agromall you must excel at creating compelling visualizations with data. You must create immersive dashboards that inform, persuade and build relationships with prospects, customers and the agricultural business at large. You will also be responsible for diagnosing reporting needs, developing priorities for the reporting roadmap, and designing the next generation of data driven agri-business reports.
- The ideal candidate must be energized by data and translating data stories, service-minded, flexible, and detail-oriented. Most importantly you see potential datasets everywhere you look, you must love to uncover hidden insights, trends, and stories that most people don't see.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with all levels of staff to learn the visual information needs of the engagement, the points to be emphasized, and the relative importance of various information to be disseminated.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify significant information that will further a product’s message to create a clear visual representation.
- Create visual communication standards to maintain consistency of designs across visual information products and suggest text that accompanies them.
- Develop illustrations, infographics, photographs, maps, and other visual information products that meet AgroMall’s visual communication standards and that convey a coherent message, thought, or idea.
- Advise engagement teams on technical advantages and disadvantages of various formats, styles, media, and methods of creating visual designs that will best meet the objectives of AgroMall products.
- Coordinate with teams and offices to perform in-depth analyses and interpret their needs for visual information products.
- Serve as a team or unit resource and coach providing technical support and feedback to other DVAs in performing various aspects of their visual communication assignments.
- Research, develop, and recommend innovative approaches to the presentation of visual information to support AgroMall’s design policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensure that all graphics developed adhere to set naming conventions and appropriate file storage/archival procedures.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and business backgrounds providing experience with effectively framing issues to efficiently arrive at solutions
- Proven ability to organize, track, prioritize, and drive objectives of multiple concurrent projects across a cross functional teams with no formal reporting lines
- Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Polished and succinct verbal and written communicator
- High level of proficiency creating visual design and messaging for presentations to executive level audience
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity. Able to adjust to multiple demands while constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Philosophy, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of post-bachelor’s work in management or internal consulting, strategy, performance improvement, data analytics or related in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Industry experience in Medical Technology field preferred
- Experience with M&A, organizational change, digital business strategy, data privacy, and/or data security are a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities
As an Irrigation Manager, you will be saddled with the following responsibilities:
- The irrigation manager’s job includes in-field soil moisture monitoring and data interpretation

- These candidates are also responsible for conducting land and soil surveys to employ best irrigation technique for that area.

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in a discipline relevant to Water in Agriculture / Irrigation / Civil and Drainage (or in Water Resources Management with demonstrable affinity with the WiA sector)
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional and operational experience
- Substantive international experience working on agricultural water development. Work experience and good knowledge of South/Eastern Europe and Central Asia are preferable.
- A track record of working on irrigation and drainage projects, with specific experiences working with schemes of varying sizes and with a range of partners and contractual arrangements
- Proven ability to work flexibly on assignments and adjust to and prioritize a variety of complex and evolving tasks; proactively seeking guidance on complex tasks or issues from senior specialists and staff
- Strong interpersonal and team skills; ability to think strategically and to develop effective relations with clients, beneficiaries, and within the World Bank.
- Excellent organizational, research, written, and oral presentation skills, preferably demonstrated in a track record of peer-reviewed publications and delivery of presentations in relevant international forums.
- Proven ability to work in a team and intercultural environment with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on and action-oriented and proactive approach.
- Computer skills should be adequate for the analytical and report writing demands of this position
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of one or more of South/Eastern European and Central Asia languages is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for and commitment to development work; willing to travel and work in remote areas in the field.

- Two to three years of field experience on running irrigation operations, or equivalent and knowledge of water hydraulic principles.

Job Purpose
- As a Land Planning and Development Manager working for AgroMall you will be responsible for identifying and understanding all components of land management framework including-land identification, acquisition, land planning and development processes.
- Assist in creating the land management and development strategy for new projects the Division is considering for implementation.
- Responsible for managing the execution of that strategy once the projects have been approved and will manage consultant teams consisting of attorneys, surveyors, government officials, land owners, civil engineers, and landscape architects to secure the entitlements as well as obtain agency approval on the plans and improvement plans to ensure a successful project delivery.
- We need a team player, consensus-builder, self-starter, and problem-solver, who has a strong record in producing excellent results with experience in a public, educational, or institutional organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the team for both Land Acquisition and Land Development
- Perform as lead contact and coordinator for due diligence
- Prepare budgets for feasibility, development and continuous management of land assets
- Assist administrative team with developing and implementing procedures for purchase or lease of land
- Review payment processing in land acquisition transactions
- Prepare preliminary Competitive Market Analyses (CMA) report for Land Acquisition
- Prepare Asset Management Committee (AMC) package for acquisition/funding of new land development projects
- Prepares report for Land Development cost overruns and changes in strategy
- Completes month-end financial reporting for land related accounts
- Assist with maintaining Community Relations for host communities
- Assist with completion of land components of Agriculture projects and agricultural development work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma
- Project Management Certification is an advantage
