We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps and reports of legal descriptions of surveys
• Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.
• Collaborating with engineers on several projects.
• Verifying data and calculations
• Recording results of survey
• Calculating the measurements of sites.
• Writing descriptions of property boundaries

Qualification

• BSc or HND in Land Surveyor, Surveying and Geoinformatics or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in civil or building construction environment.
• Previous experience as a land surveyor.
• Working knowledge of GPS and GIS.
• Tech Savvy, good use of tools and software including CAD.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate measurement.
• Knowledge of local regulations, codes and standards is a plus.
