We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to closure, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote productivity and morale.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, budget variance analysis, and risk assessments, to senior management.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager or project coordinator, preferably in a related industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary
N135,000 / month.
