We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Night Duty Manager Job Description

  • Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office department making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and guidelines
  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift.
  • Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests.
  • Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate.
  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
  • Manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments.
  • Required to welcome our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, ensure that the public areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Oversee preparation of night summary reports.
  • Report any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Security department and/or the Front Office Manager.
  • Among others duties.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Night Duty Manager in a reputable hotel
  • Minimum of BSc/HND in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related fields
  • Must be proficient in the use of Hotel Software
  • Must possess Leadership Quality
  Job Title: Sous Chef Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Help in the preparation and design of all food menus
  • Produce high quality plate both design and taste wise
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
  • Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
  • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation in the kitchen
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
  • Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Among other duties
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable hotel
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Hotel Management or related fields
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer software
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
  • Must possess Leadership Quality
