Job Title: General Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The General Manager will be a self managed professional of high integrity with extensive experience in engineering consulting and training, with strong contacts at very senior levels in the Manufacturing, Engineering Services and oil & gas industries.
- He/she will lead from the front in business development and will have demonstrable leadership and management skills.
- The appointee will have responsibilities for budgeting, performance management and for ensuring profitable operations of the company.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have a University degree, preferably at post-graduate level in the Engineering or Management Sciences, with not less than fifteen years experience in an Engineering practice/consulting.
- He or she will currently be functioning in a leadership position in an Engineering Consulting practice emphasizing Automation and Instrumentation specialization.
Job Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description and Requirements
- Responsibilities for this important position will include execution of Automation and Instrumentation projects, programme design, and facilitation of Automation and Instrumentation education and training programmes.
- The appointee for this position will be an Electrical/Electronics Engineer, preferably at post-graduate level, with a very good knowledge of Instrumentation & Controls.
- Suitable candidates will have not less than ten years experience in Service/Engineering Consulting industry.
Job Title: Head, HR & Outsourcing
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Providing management, training and guidance to the Outsourcing Team
- Deliver a full HR generalist advice service in line with the organizations policies and procedures
- Being involved in yearly reviews and staff appraisal
- Business Development
- Deliver recruitment services and advice to hiring managers within the business in order to manage expectations
Requirements
The successful HR & Outsourcing Manager must have:
- 8 -10 years HR experience in a Consulting Environment
- CIPD or CIPM or SHRM certification, B.Sc/HND in Business Management or related field , Maters Degree preferable but not essential
- Solution led sales professional experience
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
