Key Aspects of the Role Include
  • Identifying and setting key customer strategies to increase customer value

  • Ensuring development and execution of all marketing strategies
Requirements To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Marketing, Pharmacy; MBA preferred
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role; at least 10 years of experience in a commercial function
  • Leadership, collaboration, communication and team management skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills

Responsibilities The main responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing training on healthcare compliance local regulation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in compliance reviews and approvals
  • Assisting in preparing and updating of all written policies and procedures
  • Supporting the operations group in implementation of education, training, and regular communications to all employees at the local level
  • Supporting healthcare compliance management software and programs; supporting new procedure implementation
  • Supporting the HCC Officer in managing day-to-day inquiries, investigations and allegations
Requirements To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • BA or BS Degree; advanced degree is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical, medical devices or healthcare company
  • Background in Compliance, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory or Auditing are preferred
  • Good English speaking skills; strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel within Nigeria, Ghana, Angola & Mozambique
