Job Title: Project Manager Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
  • Direct development of project scope, cost, schedule, design, drawings, and field support for multiple concurrent projects
  • Direct resource planning, cost estimating, and scheduling functions in coordination with Program Management, Resource Management, Engineering, and Technical Specialists
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control surveying projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
  • Supervise project personnel directly
  • Direct project staff, including recommendations relating to employee selection, training, and performance monitoring

Qualification / Experience / Skills
  • B.Sc in Engineering with a minimum 15 years of Project Management experience serving Industrial Clients in the Oil & Gas
  • 15 years of experience managing a broad base of project activities including design, procurement, project scheduling, controlling budgets, knowledge of fabrication, operations & maintenance and commissioning
  • PMP Certification critical; Proficiency with computerized project management and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of engineering and asset integrity management or O & M in Oil and gas industry
  • Proven record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects, achieving all project safety, cost, quality, schedule, technical, and operability objectives
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Job Title: IT Officer Location: Abuja
Key ResponsIbIlities
  • Analyse the requirements of the company and organize IT resources of the company accordingly
  • Evaluating the needs of the company and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements such as networking
  • Provide troubleshooting solutions
  • Ensure that all IT requirements of the company are fulfilled
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software
  • Ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server and installing virus protections and firewalls, administer network and data security, Including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security etc.

Job Title: Planner / Scheduler Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule management: The planner is in charge of the overall project schedule management ensuring its quality (logic, clarity) and accuracy (update of dates, reflection of the scope of the project).
  • Coordination: The planner will be collaborating with the other planners (product line planner & engineering planners) allocated to the project as well as with the execution functions (engineering, procurement, and manufacturing) to ensure overall quality and accuracy of the schedule.
  • Project management support: The planner is the right-hand man/woman of the project manager and as such will provide him/her visibility on:
    • Look ahead of tasks to be performed
    • Risks in schedules and mitigation actions
    • Opportunities in the schedule. The planner will provide relevant reports to project management to ensure the Project Manager has all the tools required to make the right decisions driving on time and on budget project execution.
  • Support with customer: The planner will interact with the customer to provide update on schedule as well as explain the current situation / challenges / opportunities.
  • lmplementation of the Integrated project planning Initiative: The planner will adhere to the approved processes and proactively drive implementation of new initiatives leading to fully integrated planning.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor / Master's Degree / Equivalent (Engineering/Math/Science degree preferred) or equivalent knowledge or experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project engineering, of which 5 years in project planning of Oil and Gas industry or a related large-scale mechanical manufacturing or controls equipment environment, with at least 3 years at supervisory level.
  • Expertise in use of the Primavera P6 planning tool or MS Project. Prior expenence with ERP systems are considered a plus
  • Clear thinking: Ability to understand the status of a project and link the schedule to the reality of the execution. The planner will quickly understand the risks and opportunities in the schedule. identify and drive appropriate actions.
   
Job Title: Document Controller Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all technical documents for assigned projects regarding quality, revision status, timely receipt and distribution.
  • Utilization of database on document control system allowing  for tracking of documents, checking of approval loops, revision identification
  • Support the Contracts Team to receive, check and validate the drawings, input the drawings & Quality documents Into the Database System, verify the metadata of each file and ensure timely distribution of the documents.
  • Ensure that circulation durations for distribution list and cycle are tracked and any deviations (delays) are reported, as these may impact the project delivery schedule.
  • Manage requests for documentation, input information into the system, create transmittals to recipients, track documentation, and ensure nothing is delayed that would affect the timing of the project.
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensures appropriate storage.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (Minimum second class)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Document Control function in Oil & Gasl Project settings
  • Previous experience with Document Control Software (DMS) is required.

Job Title: Process Safety Engineer Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
  • Define concepts and critical deliverables, lead, plan, manage, control, review and deliver engineering deliverables of Process Safety for the assigned project efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines and budget, and to manage project resources and independently deal with and resolve all issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned team
  • Technical authoring of Company Technical Safety (i.e., Process Safety, Asset Integrity) documentation;
  • To ensure the timely identification of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of effective tools to manage and reduce these risks to ALARP
  • To participate in HEMP studies/reviews i.e., HAZOP, HAZID HAZEER, ENVID, SIL, QRA and participate in PFD and P&ID reviews for complex systems;
  • To ensure that HSE requirements are being considered during management of change processes and are implemented for all phases of the project and operations;
  • To provide input to leading and lagging process safety performance measures;
  • To support the development & implementation of a Process Safety Learning & Development program through updating the lessons learned register & preparation of safety moments;
  • To keep updated about industry best practices pertaining to Process Safety & Asset Integrity;
  • Participating in Technical Safety Audits & HSECES Integrity Assurance Activities;
  • Providing Process Safety Input to Annual HSE Management Reviews;
Qualification / Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor / Master's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related Engineering field
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry with specific stint in Asset Integrity will be an absolute advantage or HSE Consultancy providing services to Oil/Gas industry
  • Strong background in QRA, HAZID, HAZOP, HSECES and Bow-Tie Development preferred
  • Ability or previous track record of facilitating Training programmes in Process Safety will be a critical advantage
