Job Description
  • Conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of drawing.
  • Preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing.
  • Preparation of design development drawings.
  • Preparation of “record” drawings on completion of construction.
  • Preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.
  • Developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
  • Coordinating bid process.
  • Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.
  • Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document.
  • Provides support to Architects and management staff.
  • Meets with requesters to determine requirements of projects; determines feasibility of project and prepares cost estimates.
  • Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
  • Analyses space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs: recommends actions to meet new requirements.
  • Compiling data for comprehensive facilities use and feasibility data to be used for site planning, capital improvement and long-range planning.
  • Compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports etc.
  • Preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years hands on Architectural experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Auto cad, Revit and Archi card software
  • Good level in the use of Microsoft suite.
  • Educational Qualification: BSc Architecture
  • Master's degree
   
Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Details
  • The ideal candidate will support and enhance the strategic sales goals of the company, while managing and growing business with customers in the construction industry.
  • Shall serve as the primary contact with the client for contracts and will play a significant role in supporting marketing strategies with responsibility for the sales execution for existing and future business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Carry out market study and develop the marketing strategy & proposals for business expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Presenting the company’s product and services to potential clients through direct communication face-to-face meetings, tailored presentations, telephone calls, emails etc
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to the company are captured and explored.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts finalization & compilation and any further documentation, following company procedures
  • Responsible for Contract renewal/follow-up
  • Effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring full and correct brief in all aspects of the contract agreements
  • Keeping abreast of issues affecting the construction industry and collecting competitor intelligence
  • Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of the company and customers
  • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards Health & Safety of self & others in the organization and also environmental protection.
Qualifications
  • At least five (5) years sales and marketing experience in an Construction Industry
  • Detailed knowledge of construction industry in Nigeria
  • BSc degree in Civil / Chemical Engineering, Architecture, Quantity surveying, Chemistry or any related field.

Job Description This is not limited to the following:

  • Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions

Qualification / Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience
Basic Salary N30,000 monthly.
