We are currently seeking applications to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA) Location: Lagos Industry: Health Slots: 43 Job Summary
  • The overall responsibilities will be to find new business prospects, generate sales leads and contacts that will lead to closed sales.
Responsibilities
  • Selling the HMO’s products and services through a variety of sales activities (e.g., networking, prospecting, seeking referrals, working marketing leads, etc.) Initiate the sales process, making sales presentations to sales prospects.
  • Achieve other targets as per budget including Average Premium, no of accounts, number of enrollees (members), average size of deals, and other key Sales efficiency and productivity tracking ratios as communicated.
  • Pursue identified prospects via consistent visits/ calls and follow up for timely closure within specified time frame
  • Establish an excellent on-going working relationship with prospects and clients; optimize each contact with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare daily call memo’s, weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts to be forwarded to supervisor
  • Other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Requirements    Education & Experience:
  • A university degree - BA or BS  or HND is required
  • Must be customer and result-oriented. Must have a flair for selling and building relationships.
  • Must be a good team player
  • Post qualification work experience of at least 3 years preferred
  • Must be analytical, methodical, thorough, and accurate.

Job Title: Sales Supervisor Location: Lagos RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop sales strategies and programs to channel growth, increase retail market share and expand Clientele base.
  • Develop ideas for market penetration towards achieving competitive advantage.
  • Keep track of products and marketing initiative of competitor HMOs in the market.
  • Monitor, control and regulate the day-to-day SME/retail transactions.
  • Keep track of Product and Sales Agents’ performance on an on-going basis.
  • Drive profitable performance via mass market distribution, corporate sales channels and increased media propaganda.
  • Generate market research information that directly impact marketing activities
  • Achieve revenue target of assigned business segment; selling the HMO’s products and services through a variety of sales activities (e.g., networking, prospecting, seeking referrals, working marketing leads, etc.), providing and bringing sales activities to a close in order to meet established revenue targets
  • Achieve other targets as per budget including Average Premium, no of accounts, number of enrollees (members), average size of deals, and other key Sales efficiency and productivity tracking ratios as communicated.
  • Initiate the sales process, making sales presentations to sales prospects
  • Maintain a database of prospective accounts with accurate and relevant records. This is developed from information gathered from own sales activity as well as the referral and activity reports of subordinates as well as other staff in the company and any other sources.
  • Responsible for coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff in the sales team. Sets and tracks weekly sales goals and calls for the allocated sales team; also coach, develop, and manage employee performance of the allocated team
  • Manage the activities of subordinates (Direct Sales agents) to meet and exceed revenue budget and other performance targets as described above
  • Prepare and present weekly activity and performance reports, monthly sales forecasts and performance reviews, quarterly forecasts and performance reviews, quarterly strategic plans and analysis on achievement of key strategic initiatives.
  • Other related duties as directed by the Head of sales and Business Development.
