Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD/CE
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Working closely with the MD to ensure smooth flow of office work.
- Maintain efficient filing & records
- Keep diary of meetings, appointments etc
- Treat appropriately, incoming emails, letters, memos etc
- Screen telephone calls and inquiries
- Typing of documents
- Attending to other routine administrative work
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum HND, must be able to expertly use the Microsoft Suite, Corel Draw and the Internet
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Assistant.
Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Working with spreadsheets, and journals.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
Qualification
Experience:
- 3 years as an accounts officer.
Job Title: Computer Secretary
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Typing documents in Microsoft Word & Excel formats
- Creating detailed texts from notes
- Edit completed works for spelling and punctuation
- Transferring data from paper format to digital files
- Print documents as required
- Type as required by supervisor
Qualification
Experience:

Job Title: Receptionist/Secretary

Job Description
- Answer incoming and makes outgoing calls
- Attends to clients and makes them comfortable
- Responds to inquires about the company
- Ensures that the reception is always clean, neat and tidy
- Types letters, memo etc when required
- Carries out other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Qualification: OND and Secretarial Diploma
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a receptionist.

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

Job Description
- Collation of all materials to be dispatched.
- Registration of all materials to be dispatched.
- Delivery of packages, letter, etc to various locations in Lagos.
- Sign off on all materials dispatched.
- Update of dispatch register daily.
- Maintenance of motorcycle in good condition.
Experience/Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years as a Dispatch rider with a good knowledge of Lagos.
- Minimum of SSCE certification & motorcycle driving license.
