Job Title: Procurement Specialist Lead

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Responsible for operational relation management with vendors.
  • Responsible for teams’ performance including PQ/PE/PO and ASN turnaround time.
  • Responsible for Export Docs/ASN check and quality.
  • Responsible for accurate implementation of vendors selection. In line with PFSCM guidelines and policies
  • Responsible for quality and timely issuance of shipment overviews.
  • Responsible for appropriate communication between buyers, SDSs and clients.
  • Responsible for continuous products’ registration by vendors.
  • Responsible for other duties such as transactional procurement activities, as needed and directed by the SCM.

Academic Qualification

  • Minimum of First Degree / B.Sc in Logistics, Management or Social Science course.
  • A post graduate qualification will be added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant Local Content experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • A very sound working knowledge of Nigerian Local content Law,
  • A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

 

 

Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
We require a Security Manager who is conversant with the oil and gas industry to join our existing team:

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
  • Train and sulservise security officers and guards. Plan and coordinate security operations round the clock around and within the facility and its immediate environs.
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches.
  • Create reports for management on security status.
  • Investigate and resolve security related issues.
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.

Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum of First Degree / HND in Security Administration.
  • Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Proven experience as a security manager or similar position.
  • Proven work experience as Security Personnel with a goal to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well protected.

 

 

Job Title: Nigeria Content Manager

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
We require a Content Manager who is conversant with the oil and gas industry to join our existing team:

  • Create and implement the organization’s Nigerian Content plan in line with regulations issued by the NCDMB.
  • Monitor and ensure that all applicable NCDMB regulations are met.
  • Act as an interface between the MD and his external interlocutors with all relating to NCDMB.
  • Prepare, present and issue Nigeria Content Reports.
  • Formulate and drive all Nigerian Content initiatives and projects, providing project scope, cost and implementation plan.
  • Assist the Business Development Department in maintaining competitive advantage in adding value to the Nigerian Content policy.

Academic Qualification

  • Minimum of First Degree / B.Sc in a Management or Social Science course.
  • A post graduate qualification will be added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant Local Content experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Job Title: Engineering Drafter

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Liaise with engineers to gather products and structural requirements and designs.
  • Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials including MTO and BOM.
  • Create detailed design drawings with computer- aided design (CAD) software.
  • Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow.
  • Prepare and review work sketches along with engineering team.
  • Ensure final design drawings align with regulations and quality standards.

Academic Qualification

  • Minimum of First Degree / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil).
  • Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of piping, mechanical and structural drafting.
  • Proven work experience as drafter or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (Aut0CAD) software.
  • MicroStation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with 3D modelling tools (Revit, Prosteel, Tekla etc.)
