Job Title: Procurement Lead (Senior Buyer)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust procurement process, including purchasing, inspection, expediting, documentation, and handling variations.

  • Oversee and optimize shipping and freight forwarding operations to meet project needs.
  • Develop and implement plans for Company obligations under FCA/DAP, integrating these with Contractor freight forwarding operations (3 EPCs).
  • Ensure compliance with Nigeria-specific shipping and customs regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline supply chain operations.

  • Develop and oversee offshore brownfield construction planning and automated
  • work packaging. 
  • Ensure Contractor offshore construction and Work Pack development processes are aligned with company standards.
  • Provide assurance of construction processes and progress through close collaboration with the Senior Planner.
  • Monitor and manage the execution of offshore construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Assure project objectives are met including cost, schedule, and scope by managing the development, design and execution of assigned projects in accordance with specifications, standards, and applicable codes
  • Ensure accurate schedule and cost reporting of assigned projects, including estimating, budgeting and forecasting
  • Responsible for strong change management control and responsible for negotiating with internal and external partners on all changes to the job in accordance with procedures
  • Supervise procurement processes to successfully obtain complete and high quality products on time

Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited University; PE, PMP or Master's Degree is a plus
  • Practical experience in oil and gas projects (onshore or offshore)
  • Offshore project management experience
  • Project management certification will be an added advantage
  • Membership of COREN will also be an advantage
  • 7 - 8 years relevant experience with at least three in a project management environment in the oil and gas sector

Principal Accountabilities

  • Effectively process and obtain NCDMB approvals for Nigerian Content Compliance Certificate to support compliance for all active contracts
  • Provide compliance reports for NCDMB
  • Provide analytical data for quarterly SLA review with NCDMB
