  • A senior level Administrative/HR professional with extensive experience in Corporate Services; including procurement, logistics, facility/utility maintenance, etc. to manage the Corporate Services department for our client in the Technology sector
  • This role has a responsibility of effectively implementing corporate strategy for managing the systems that support the company’s workforce to deliver impact through their projects.
  • The company is fast expanding. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be innovative, efficient and autonomous to manage change seamlessly.
  • In addition to ensuring that the company’s processes run smoothly and efficiently, this role will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies for organisational development (covering particular areas relevant to the organisation's structure).
Requirements The ideal candidate must possess:
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive Administrative/HR experience, with at least 4 years in a management role
  • Track record of people management and excellent planning/organization
  • Creative, strategic and fluid approach; able to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Good technical ability
  • Good research ability and inclination
  • Excellent change management skills
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Design procedures and metrics based on best practice to execute staff competency/skills audit
  • Effectively employ best practice in all recruitment exercises to ensure top suitable hires
  • Review and design of a functional organization structure
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Design and review job descriptions, including KPIs, for all roles in the organization
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Effective staff management and administration; including attendance, shift/rotation, contract staffing, vacation, etc.
  • Review and design of organizational structure
  • Review, design of career cadre and salary structure
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design calendar based on the TNA
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive HR experience (Employee policies, Employee welfare management, Job description design, Compensation and payroll management, Learning and development, etc.)
  • Self-driven and high sense of responsibility
  • Energetic, proactive and creative
  • Good research ability and inclination
  • Creative, fluid in approach; able to operate in a fast-paced environment without being fixated on traditional HR approach
