Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Customer Care Officer that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
  • The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND
  • 2-3 Years Proven work experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

 

 

Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for an IT Officer to design and implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems.
  • IT Officer responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools.
  • In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with technical projects, we’d like to meet you.
  • Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Develop and analyze functional specifications
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
  • Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions

Job Title: Project Planning Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Project planning officer to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans
  • You will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 Years Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera.
