Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Job Description
- We are looking for a Customer Care Officer that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
- The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND
- 2-3 Years Proven work experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for an IT Officer to design and implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems.
- IT Officer responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools.
- In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with technical projects, we’d like to meet you.
- Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements

Job Title: Project Planning Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are looking for a Project planning officer to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans
- You will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 Years Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera.
